We want our students at Noon Arabic Academy to be successful academically and are expected to follow our policies & regulations
Come to the class prepared each week with school supplies (pencils, pens, and notebook), and books.
Students are expected to come to class on time. In case of absence, the student is expected to contact the school to find out all the missed assignments.
Completed homework assignments. The parents of the students who consistently miss their homework assignments will be asked to join the school administration in a meeting to address the issue..
Use of appropriate language at all times.
Must not leave class without permission.
Treat other students with respect.
No bullying or teasing of other students.
Raise hand and wait for permission before speaking.
No running, shouting, or screaming will be allowed in the classrooms or the hallways.
No students are allowed outside the school without the supervision of their teachers.
Hitting and/or fighting will not be tolerated at all.
Dress Code
All students who attend Noon Arabic Academy should follow the Islamic dress code. This includes but is not limited to:
No shorts
Pants must be full-length, and relatively loose-fitting.
Shirts and/or pants should not have images or characters displayed on them.
No clothing with offensive or inappropriate words, messages, or animal or human images or characters are allowed.
Shirts should be long enough to cover the student's back when making sujood during prayer.
Hijab – All girls 10 years and above must wear the hijab (head scarf). The hijab must cover the hair, ears, and neck.
Must wear: Abbayas, dresses or skirts and should be ankle length and should not be form-fitting.
No clothing with offensive or inappropriate words, messages, or animal or human images or characters are allowed.
Electronic Devices
Cell phones, iPods, MP3 players, etc. cannot be used during school hours.
If an emergency call needs to be made, students must seek permission from his/her teacher.
Cell phones or other unauthorized electronics used during class time will be taken away until after school.
All video games and toys should not be brought to school at all. Games and toys will be taken away from students and returned to parents at the end of the school day.
If the student brings any electronic devices, cell phones, and/or toys to school, they do so at their own risk. The school is not responsible for broken, lost, or stolen items.
